Termination of G-mail account service for graduates
As we have frequently communicated by email since last June, we would like to make an important announcement regarding our G-mail account.
We regret to inform you that the Google account issued by the University that you used during your time at the University will be suspended as of the end of March 2024.
This is due to a change in Google's Google Workspace for Education storage policy, which has made it difficult to use the account on a permanent basis.
Please remember to update your contact information if you have registered with a bank, credit card company, Apple ID, or other online service using a Google account issued by the University.
Please be sure to back up all necessary data, as data cannot be restored after your Google account has been suspended.

Please note that the University does not provide support for batch downloading, so please do this on your own.

Effective April 10, 2023, some changes have been made to the certificate application process.

The Alumni Association of TUFS provides partial support for system usage fees, etc.
The application procedure differs depending on the year of enrollment and the department.

*Certificates of enrollment can only be issued for students who have withdrawn from school.
**Prescribed form is a designated form prepared by the organization to which the application is submitted.
