She works for a tourism agency accredited by the French government.
We are transmitting local attractions to Japan.
The French Tourism Development Agency is the only agency in charge of tourism at the French national level, funded by the French government, local authorities, and general tourism companies, and is responsible for the promotion of tourism in France on behalf of the National Tourism Office. For example, we organize study tours for Japanese travel agencies to introduce French tourist attractions, and we sometimes participate as guest speakers at events organized by travel agencies to talk about the attractions of France. I am happy when I receive feedback from customers who have attended an event that they now want to go to France. It is also our important job to communicate the needs of the Japanese side, so we want to be a bridge between the two countries. I am often asked how to get a job where I can use French. My working holiday after graduation and my experience working for a travel agency led me to my current job. I think the best way is to acquire some experience with the language plus some other skills.
