*Abstracts of graduates from the past 10 years (2014 - 2023).
We propose a bridal service based on your stay.
We want to create a hotel that conveys the charm of the land.
I am a bridal coordinator, which means that I listen to the requests of our customers, propose the details of the wedding ceremony and reception, and am in charge of the wedding until the day of the event. At Risonare Yatsugatake, we propose a style of wedding in which the guests naturally become family while spending time in the town, based on the concept of "a town that becomes a family. After joining the company as a new graduate, I gained experience in all aspects of service at an affiliated hotel in Karuizawa, and have been involved in bridal services since 2018. I have been in contact with more than 1,500 customers so far. What has left a particularly strong impression on me is when a customer told me, "I chose the wedding venue because I met Ms. Sawatani. It was the moment when I realized that I am glad to be doing this job, because he told me that he listened to me the most closely while consulting with me at various venues. In the International Hotel Department, I was able to learn not only about practical business, but also about the hotel business in general, the difference in thinking between Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies, and the industry as a whole. I also gained the positive attitude to talk to people from overseas without hesitation. I became interested in Hoshino Resort during my job hunting. I was attracted by the company's message, "We are looking for your individuality. The company is always willing to comment on what is interesting in response to the opinions of job hunters. I decided to join the company because I felt that in this environment, I could challenge what I wanted to do and grow. My future goal is to become a manager. I would like to work with local people to create a place where I can convey the charm of the area from the hotel.
