What he pursued was English language skills and expertise that could be used around the world.
He is also close to obtaining his U.S. CPA license.
I entered Kanda Institute of Languages as a first-year student in the International Business Career Course. While in school, I wanted to acquire "highly specialized and versatile skills," so I studied the basics of finance, including financial accounting and bookkeeping, which can be used in companies around the world. In my English studies, I focused on speaking. In addition to repeated shadowing while watching foreign news with English subtitles, English classes taught by foreign teachers and an after-school exchange program with foreign students helped me to raise my TOEIC? score from the 400s to the 800s in my first year. On the other hand, he also participated in publicity activities for high school students. I was able to hone my interpersonal communication skills through repeated dialogues with students from other departments, high school students, and parents, and broadening my perspective through a wide range of experiences was also a major benefit. After graduation, she enrolled in her first year at Macquarie University in Australia to further enhance her expertise. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in "Applied Finance," I returned to Japan and am currently working for a foreign general consulting firm. I am in charge of the company's management accounting, and I also provide advice to ensure that the company is properly profitable while taking into consideration whether the accounting procedures are in accordance with accounting rules. Due to the international environment, I am exposed to a wide variety of English from all over the world. In addition, I have already completed some requirements to obtain my CPA license in the U.S., and my goal is to pass the exam by the end of 2024. In the future, I would like to challenge myself in financial accounting, auditing, and other work that looks at corporate figures from a different angle than management accounting.
