英語落語家として世界中で公演を行う本学教員の須藤 達也先生（鹿鳴家 英楽）上原 雅子先生（鹿鳴家 一輪)が、188bet体育_188bet体育在线@ミレニアムホールで古典落語の演目を披露いたします。文化に合わせて言葉を変換するなど海外で公演する際の『伝える』苦労話なども交えながら、日本伝統文化「落語」を英語で親しむ?笑い合える時間をお届けします。

講師：鹿鳴家　英楽（かなりや　えいらく）
一般社団法人 英語落語協会?代表理事。上智大学卒、テンプル大学大学院卒。
2007年から英語落語教室を主宰し、これまでに約100席の落語を英語に訳し、80席の落語を英語で演じている。日本のみならず、アメリカ、イギリス、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、デンマーク、ジョージア、カザフスタン、ラオス、フィンランドで公演を行う。コロナ禍の2021年から23年にかけて、Talking about Rakugo 1, 2, Eiraku's 100 English Rakugo Scripts Vol.1.Vol.2 の4冊を、アメリカ人の著者、Kristine Ohkuboさんと共著で出版する。

B.A. from Sophia University; M.Ed. from Temple University
He started an English rakugo class in 2007. So far, he has translated 100 rakugo scripts into English and performed 80 rakugo in English. He performed not only for the Japanese audiences but also for the foreign audiences in the U.S., the U.K. Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Georgia, Laos, Kazakhstan and Finland.During the Covid pandemic from 2021 to 2023, he published Talking about Rakugo 1 and 2, and Eiraku's 100 English Rakugo Scripts Vol.1 and 2 with the American author, Kristine Ohkubo.

Kanariya Ichirin
Director of the English Rakugo Association. Lecturer at Kanda University of International Studies. M.A. from King’s College, London.
She started performing English Rakugo in 2015 and joined overseas tours in Arizona, New York, and the Bay area in the U.S., Georgia, Philippines, Finland, Korea, and Britain. She also holds seminars at schools and institutions using short rakugo stories.
