Can I change my department or course of study after submitting my application?
- No change of department or course of study is allowed after the application has been submitted. If you must change your course of study, you will need to reapply with all the necessary documents. Please note that the application fee and other fees paid are non-refundable.
AO Entrance Examination and Entrance Examination with Recommendation
When is the deadline?- Applications for AO Entrance Examinations and Entrance Examinations with Recommendations will be closed on a department-by-department basis as soon as the number of applicants reaches the limit for each department. However, if the number of applicants for the General Entrance Examination reaches the limit, we may resume accepting applications for the General Entrance Examination.

Will this be a problem during the selection process?- If you have been absent for more than 20 days in a three-year period, please indicate the reason on the application form. If the reason for the absence is "illness" or "injury," we will check if there are any problems attending school during the interview. In case of other reasons, we will check your willingness to study after admission.
The format of the interview and the questions to be asked.
Tell us about it.- Interviews will be conducted in groups of 2~3 interviewers and 3~5 candidates, and will last approximately 20 minutes in Japanese (group discussions will not be conducted). (Group discussions are not conducted. Individual interviews are conducted for the Global Communication Course and the One-Year English Basic Training Course.) During the interview, you will be asked about your reasons for applying, your goals after admission and graduation, your dreams for the future, and what you have done best so far. Please speak calmly and in your own words. If you need special consideration in the selection process due to a disability or other reason, please contact us in advance.
