目的Objectives
外国人社員定着に当たり、日本の歴史や文化を知り、日本や日本人に興味を持っていただくことはとても大事なことです。このプログラムでは、日本の文化的な側面を観察したり、体験することで日本や日本人への理解を深めるとともに日本語の発信力を高めます。
また、外国籍新入社員を対象に日本の職場で仕事をする上で必要なビジネスマナープログラムも実施します。
It is very important for foreign employees to learn about Japanese history and culture and to develop an interest in Japan and the Japanese people. In this training program, participants will deepen their understanding of Japan and its people by observing Japanese artifacts, experiencing Japanese culture, and cultivating their ability to communicate in Japanese. We also provide business manner training in business manners, mainly for the new employees.

以下３つの研修カテゴリーがありますが、これらをミックスすることも可能ですし、「総合ビジネス日本語」研修と抱き合わせることも可能です。

●Project-based Japanese language training: Exploration
Training in three steps: field trip, preparation for presentation, and presentation.

●文化体験プロジェクト
「歌舞伎」「相撲」「空手」など日本の伝統や文化を実際に体験（１日）
説明、ワークショップ、体験、個人レッスン等で構成
日本の文化や伝統の体験を楽しみながら理解を深めていただきます
●Cultural Experience Project
Experience Japanese traditions and culture such as "Kabuki," "Sumo," and "Karate". (1 day)
Consists of explanations, workshops, hands-on experience, private lessons, etc.
Participants will deepen their understanding of Japanese culture and traditions while enjoying the experience.
●ビジネスマナープログラム
日本のビジネスマナーについて学び、ビジネスシーンで必要とされるスキルを習得
- 身だしなみ、表情、態度等注意すべきポイントを学ぶ
- 日本独特の習慣、宗教、衣食住に関することを学ぶ
- ケーススタディやロールプレイをとおして、日本のビジネスマナーを体得する
●Business Manner Training
Learn about Japanese business manners and acquire skills needed in business situations
- Learn about the points to pay attention to such as personal grooming, facial expressions, and attitude.
- Learn about Japanese customs, religion, food, clothing, and shelter.
- Learn Japanese business manners through case studies and role-plays.
